Jurassic Coast
21/09/11
I recently returned from a 3 day shoot along the Jurassic Coast, in Dorset and Devon. The shoot was a black and white long exposure specialist workshop and was based around mainly seascapes along the glorious coastline. We were based in Lyme Regis, and on the first night we had a lovely calm evening, followed the next morning by lashing rain and wind for most of the morning and day. It was yet again, challenging, but I learnt a lot about location shooting and also editing during the course of the 3 days. It was also a good opportunity to review my kit and my processes and move into the next phase of my mentoring program, that where I need to up my game and start finding my groove. I have some plans for the next 3 months which involve 'just doing it' and I think that is really going to be the best place to start.I have 2 favourite shots from the workshop - the first you can find in my new seascape gallery - titled Deck Chairs. Let me know what you think.
For those who are interested in a more regular update, my blog is now active Photo Web Connect, where you can follow my journey and also stay in touch with regular updates on social media and photography. My list is long, but my will is strong!
